Your Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Full responsibility for the progress and execution of assigned construction sites.

• Team Leadership: Effective organization, task delegation, and supervision of a team of 20–40 employees.

• Technical Supervision: Analysis of technical drawings and ensuring compliance with technological processes (with a focus on foundation pouring and general construction).

• Timekeeping & Attendance: Managing and tracking staff working hours.

• Quality & Deadlines: Ensuring all works meet the highest quality standards and are completed according to the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Practical Experience: Proven track record in wide-profile construction, including carpentry, concrete works, and foundation preparation.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to fluently read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.

• Leadership Skills: A natural leader capable of managing large teams, resolving conflicts, and motivating staff.

• Dynamism: Ability to react quickly to changes and make on-site decisions efficiently.

• Driver’s License: Valid Category B license (the role involves frequent travel between sites).
